I’m just 1 person who falls back on favorites. My list of favorite workouts is often my go-to. They’re workouts I know I will enjoy, especially on days when I am tired or just don’t feel like working out. But they’re also workouts from which I know what to expect. I know the ones that will be challenging and which will be easier for me. I know which ones have moves that will make me feel energized or accomplished. I can choose from my list of favorites the right workout for what I need.
The workouts below are just some of my favorites, and my challenge goal this year to to finally save and organize these favorites in case they disappear from the internet. I want to always have them on hand when I need a great workout.
The one exception was on Friday, when I did my “travel from home” project to India. I did one Bollywood dance workout I’d done before and added two more that were new to me to pad the minutes and keep my heartrate up. Again, I’m not great at dancing and hardly coordinated, but it’s nice living alone because no one judges me when I mess up on a move and have to go back a few seconds in the video to try again.
