I’m just 1 person who has been so tired! Working four jobs and having hobbies and personal obligations doesn’t leave a lot of time for a daily workout. There were a number of days this week that I didn’t feel at all motivated and had to push myself to workout. But I was proud of myself when I finished each workout.
Unintentionally, I started and ended my week with Raneir Pollard workouts. He’s such a great motivator! And, in the middle, I took it easy with a little bit of yoga and breathwork to give myself a break. I finished strong with some slightly longer workouts, when I had the time to do so. I think I did my best to make the most of things.
My Week of Workouts
- Sunday (21 minutes): Flat Belly Super Tabata with Raneir Pollard + Tabata with Allblanc Fit (twice)
- Monday (25 minutes): Tae Bo Basics with Billy Blanks (used 1lb weighted gloves)
- Tuesday (20 minutes): Low-Impact Workout with Kayla Itsines *new to me
- Wednesday (20 minutes): Greatest Showman + Raise Your Glass Dance Workouts with Kyra Pro
- Thursday (23 minutes): All-Levels Yoga Workout with Faith Hunter *new to me + Centering Meditation with Hailey Lott *new to me
- Friday ( 33 minutes): Strength and Functional Mobility Workout Inspired by Abby Wambach with Gideon Akande *new to me
- Saturday (31 minutes): Tabata with Raneir Pollard *new to me
Total: 173 minutes
