Week of Workouts

I’m just 1 person who has been so tired! Working four jobs and having hobbies and personal obligations doesn’t leave a lot of time for a daily workout. There were a number of days this week that I didn’t feel at all motivated and had to push myself to workout. But I was proud of myself when I finished each workout.

Unintentionally, I started and ended my week with Raneir Pollard workouts. He’s such a great motivator! And, in the middle, I took it easy with a little bit of yoga and breathwork to give myself a break. I finished strong with some slightly longer workouts, when I had the time to do so. I think I did my best to make the most of things.
