I’m just 1 person scraping by with my minimum daily workouts. I had a busy week (and next week proves to be even more difficult) so I just barely met my minimum goal of at least 20 minutes of a workout each day. I’m still proud that I reached my goal, even as the total minutes dips down to pre-pandemic levels.
I need to remind myself that taking care of my body is still important and that I deserve credit for doing as many workouts consistently.
My Week of Workouts
- Sunday (21 minutes): Cardio and Core with Rebecca Louise
- Monday (25 minutes): Tae Bo Basics with Billy Blanks (used 1lb weighted gloves)
- Tuesday (21 minutes): Upper-Body Strength-Training Workout Inspired by Abby Wambach with Lita Lewis *new to me
- Wednesday (21 minutes): Boxing Inspired HIIT Workout with Kyra Pro *new to me
- Thursday (25 minutes): Mobility and Cardio Flow with Venus Lau *new to me + Barre Workout with Marnie Alton *new to me
- Friday ( 20 minutes): Knockout Ab Workout with Christa DiPaolo
- Saturday (22 minutes): Dance Cardio with The Studio by Jamie Kinkeade *new to me
Total: 155 minutes
