Week of Workouts

I’m just 1 person working out even when it’s hot. I lost my air conditioning this past weekend, which means I had to move my workouts downstairs where it’s slightly livable. My basement isn’t really the best place for me to work out, given the flooring and space. So I’ve chosen a lot more standing workouts or low-impact workouts this week. The last thing I want to do is jump around so much I shake things off my shelves or hurt my tailbone from trying to do sit-ups without a carpet or mat beneath me.
