I’m just 1 person who worked out despite a busy week. I even fit a workout in during a lunch break of an all-day event I hosted. Again, I didn’t go over 200 minutes, but I still achieved my 20 minutes a day minimum.
Last week I tried one workout inspired by Usain Bolt, so this week I tried the matching workout, this one with Gideon Akande, who always makes me smile. I tried a good number of new-to-me workouts this week, as I was feeling like branching out. I love when instructors I love (like Leila Leilani) come out with new workouts. And I like trying new workouts in general to see if they might be ones I will want to repeat and put on my favorites list. I also really love The Fitologists’ quick tabata workouts. They’re usually about 4 minutes long, so they go quickly and can be added onto another workout to get a few more minutes of intensity in.
