I’m just 1 person who gets distracted sometimes during long workouts. Last week, I mostly tried workouts that were new to me, a few of which I might do again some time. I tried to raise my minutes back over 200 last week, which I also did. I like the idea of working out for at least 30 minutes a day, longer if possible, but that doesn’t always happen. There are times I find that I just don’t have the attention span for a long workout or four sets of the same repeated movements.
So, this week, I thought it might be fun to do a bunch of different shorter online workouts each day. It’s a fun way to try new workouts without investing a lot. It’s also a nice way to up my stretching because more workouts usually also means more warm ups and cool downs. If I do twice the workouts, that’s twice the stretching, which is something I often rush through. To keep my body safe and working right, I like more excuses to take the time to stretch.
I have also had songs from The Greatest Showman stuck in my head for days now, so finding that Kyra Pro did a series of videos to more of the soundtrack was a perfect way to end my week of workouts.
