Challenge yourself to get more fit by setting a goal that’s right for you and then working toward it along with me. Did you know that setting a goal with a firm deadline makes it more likely for you to make progress? And having someone to hold you accountable increases that likelihood even more. So think about what challenge you could set for yourself in February.

Maybe you want to revise your weekly workout schedule. Maybe you want to increase your strength or the time you can hold a plank. Maybe you bought a piece of exercise equipment years ago and want to start using it again.
