July Sleep Challenge Has Started

I’m just 1 person ready to take on the July Sleep Challenge! How about you? Have you chosen a goal yet? This challenge lets you choose the goal that’s right for you.

My Challenge Goal

Get 7 or more hours of sleep for 20 days this month by observing my bedtime and prioritizing sleep. With Camp NaNoWriMo, several big events, and working 4 jobs on top of all my hobbies (like this blog) this is going to be my hardest challenge yet.

Your Challenge Goal

It’s not too late to choose a goal and join in! Make this the month that you prioritize how long you sleep or perhaps improve your quality of sleep. Make this the month you make changes to give your body the best chance to succeed from the moment you wake up.
