I’m just 1 person who kickboxed the heck out of the week. I spent the week doing different variations of cardio kickboxing workouts from different instructors. These were all workouts I’ve done before and loved, so it was a lot of fun doing them again this week. Kickboxing workouts always make me feel powerful and pumped up even when they exhaust me.
My Week of Workouts
- Sunday (32 minutes): HIIT Boxing Workout with Sydney Cummings
- Monday (25 minutes): Tae Bo Basics with Billy Blanks (used 1lb weighted gloves)
- Tuesday (20 minutes): Strong Nation Cardio and Full-Body Toning with Ai Lee Syarief
- Wednesday (26 minutes): Rumble No-Equipment Cardio-Boxing Workout with Dani Burrell and Leila Lellani
- Thursday (31 minutes): Dance and Cardio Kickboxing Workout with Joseph D.
- Friday ( 36 minutes): BodyCombat-Inspired Workout with Anna Lowery
- Saturday (20 minutes): Knockout Ab Workout with Christa DiPaolo
Total: 190 minutes
