I’m just 1 person who loves kickboxing workouts. This week, I did a different one every single day, though each had its own unique flavor and target zones. It was fun doing some of my favorites and trying some new ones as well.
My form started out solid at the beginning of the week, but I found myself getting a little sloppy midweek. When that happened, I took a little break in the middle of the workout and restarted with more concentration. It’s not worth it to me just to go through the motions if it’s not going to work my muscles the way it’s supposed to.

- Sunday (34 minutes): Boxing & Bubbles Full Body Knockout with Christa DiPaolo *new to me
- Monday (25 minutes): Tae Bo Basics with Billy Blanks (used 1lb weighted gloves)
- Tuesday (31 minutes): Kickboxing with Jarret Janako *new to me
- Wednesday (30 minutes): Dance and Cardio Kickboxing with Joseph D
- Thursday (28 minutes): Cardio Kickboxing with Heather Robertson *new to me
- Friday (30 minutes): Boxing & Bobbles Knockout Abs with Christa DiPaolo *new to me
- Saturday (34 minutes): BodyCombat-Inspired Workout with Anna Lowery
Total: 212 minutes
